The Daily Meal is served in a relaxed atmosphere with waited service 7 days/wk, 365 days/year. The meals are prepared on premises by our experienced staff with particular attention to the nutritional needs of our residents.

Housekeeping
Our friendly staff profides weekly housekeeping in the resident's home. Spring & Fall cleaning includes window washing and exterior washing of buildings. Trash removal is included also.
Maintenance
Londonderry's Community Center, residences and grounds are maintained with pride and perfection by a full time maintenance staff. Coordination of additional maintenance needs within a resident's home is also provided.
Taxes & Insurance
All real estate taxes and homeowners insurance on all buildings and residences is included in the monthly fee.
Activities
The Resident Activities Committee is responsible for planning of events including social, cultural and educational progams and local day trips, which are coordinated by the Activities Director.
Wellness Services
Under the direction of our Wellness Director, Londonderry offers a wide range of services from prevention to assistance with meeting your present and future needs.
Transportation
Local transportation is provided upon request for shopping, medical appointments, special events and personal outings.
Utilities
All utilities are included in the monthly fee with the exception of cable TV and telephone service.
