The Manor House is an historic building designed by Richard Upjohn in the Italian villa style and completed in 1868. It was beautifully restored as a designer showcase home in 2004. Situated on the beautiful Tred Avon River it is a treasured asset to the Londonderry community.

Overnight Accommodations: Two designer suites are available for rent for guests of Londonderry residents. Both suites include king size beds, sitting areas, and private baths. Common areas include a kitchen, dining room, meeting room, porches, and living room area. Guests are welcome in the dining room. Reservations are required.

Resident Events: The Manor House is available for special events for residents who want to host a social gathering. Catering is available from the Londonderry dining staff. Residents will find entertaining at the Manor House an easy way to stay connected to friends and family and share special times together.

Special Events: The public is invited to rent the Manor house for their own events. Weddings, family reunions, holiday parties, are some of the venues that have taken place in this gracious home.

Billiards: A full size pool table is on site for the use of residents. Pool tournaments are part of the activities.

Outdoor Pool: Residents and guests are invited to take a dip to cool off in the summer or sip cocktails by the side of the outdoor pool. The pool is a popular social spot for Londonderry residents.
